- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't understand the poor reviews I've seen from some regarding this practice. I've been with the Stanford surgery for 17 years and have been very happy with them overall. I almost always manage to see the doctor I've requested, on the day I wanted. My preferred doctors are always attentive and helpful. I get reminders for reviews, and I find the nurses and support staff good. My only complaint would be about the car park management contractor. Last year I attended twice in one day, in my car. I was sent a penalty notice for overstaying in the car park - their system timed me from my first arrival in the morning, to my second departure in the afternoon! Challenging this was straightforward online, but getting a response and confirmation that the penalty was cancelled, took weeks, with repeated requests for a reply.
