- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The session highlighted problems with my foot and the orthotics provided really helped. Helen also suggested a cause of my pain and gave me the name of a private consultant who could use a scan which would identify any ligament damage. I followed her suggestion and with a private scan and physiotherapy am now well on the way to recovery!
