- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪You can normally get through on the phone to book, which is good. Also you can now book online which is better still. The patient waiting area is large and modern and there is a table for younger children to play. If you just need to see the nurse you can book her. Also they have a sign which gives your name and reminds you which doctor you are seeing (in case its a locum). In other practices I have been to that use voice announcements, I often have difficulty understanding the verbal message if the doctor is too far away or too close to the microphone, so that problem is handled in this surgery.Clearly anyone who has sight problems needs the doctor to come out and get them, which they will do,by John WoodhouseNovember 03, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Always very rude service on the phones. They talk to you as if you are stupid and are generally not very helpful. When you manage to get an appointment, the doctors have always been very rushed and seem like they want to get you out of the door before you have even sat down. Had been given the incorrect test result on a previous occasion and doctors do not call you back with results.by pm fJuly 08, 2017
